Me, Ashley, Amber, Sunny and Summer
What's better than perusing Pinterest on Friday night? Having a Pinterest party and making some of those crafts you have pinned!  Last Friday night I joined several other girls and had a great time eating, talking, and crafting.

Yum!
The food was sooo good! It was all food we had pinned. I made pizza dip and ice cream bar cake. There were lasagna rolls, pumpkin dip, pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, homemade pizza pockets, hocus pocus rolls and much more. The drinks were also really good. Ashley made Pumpkin Latte and Amber and Summer both had mixed up really good drinks:) We brought each person a copy of the recipes we had made. I can't wait to make Ashley's brie dip!

Of course my boyfriend had to stop by! He was checking out his mom making glitter spider webs.

Sunny and Summer were hard at work at their wreaths!

Finished wreaths! Excuse me, I look rough here. I had been on a Field Trip with Bella's class all day.

We made Rosettes  a wreath, t-shirt scarf, glitter glue spider web, and had everything to make a state canvas but didn't get to make it this time. It was a lot of fun having a girls night in!!

I'm looking forward to the next one already!

Hannah excited to see the animals.
Since Bella is out of school this week for Fall Break, we decided to take the girls to Grassmere Zoo in Nashville. The day was absolutely beautiful and the girls behaved so well! The day turned out even better than I could have asked for. We had no melt downs and  we all enjoyed the zoo and just spending time with our family of 5.

Checking out big sister's zoo passport.
I had found a cute zoo passport on pinterest and the girls were really excited to find all of the animals and put their star stickers in the right place. I think next time I will try to make one myself with all of the animals at Grassmere, this passport was made for the zoo in Memphis, but it still worked great.

Hannah was so excited she would not sit in the stroller. She walked around the zoo all day with her little (big) monkey back pack. I think she was proud to be carrying a back pack since she sees Bella carrying one to school.

The zoo also has a little train that they were so, so excited to ride on. Bella counted out the dollars/tokens it took for the ride!

One of the animals we all enjoyed were the Meerkats. They were so cute and they had a little bubble to look through that made it look like you were in the middle of the Meerkats.

They were tiny and so cute!
All of the walking worked up an appetite and there were plenty of picnic tables to sit and have lunch at. I had packed us all a lunch and the girls decided we needed to eat before we visited with the elephants.

There was a new addition to the zoo and we made sure to see her before we finished up for the day. Her name is Camilla and she is a sweet baby giraffe. We wanted our picture made with Camilla but somehow only her legs ended up in the picture. I'm sure she would have loved Bella's face if she could have seen her!

It is so neat to see some of God's creations that we don't often get to see. I asked the girls who made all of the animals and they told me God!! We have a family membership now because it just made sense if we plan on going back in the next year, so I'm looking forward to going back! I think we all felt like Makayla at the end of the day!

"To Me"

I love Hannah's voice! She is always singing a song and most of the time, no matter what song she is singing, it ends with jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way. It amazes me all of the songs that she knows and hearing her sweet little voice singing them just melts my heart. She loves Jesus loves me, the ABC song, Itsy Bitsy Spider and lots more. I also love hearing her pronounce any "F" words because she uses a "W" instead. For example, her finger is her winger, her foot is her woot, food is wud, etc. She also uses the word "to" in place of "for". "Is this to me", "Did you buy that to nanny". I know that she will outgrow this soon and a part of me will be sad because it's just her thing, but she is so smart, and I'm just really proud of my baby girl.

A Day at the Park

Our family of 5
Bella's teacher asked that she bring a family picture to class. I really didn't have a current picture of our family of 5 to give her to send to school, so I took that as an opportunity to take a few of all of us. We took a family picture at church and then we had fun taking pictures at the park. The girls had so much fun and Bella can't wait to go back. I hope there are a few nice days next week!
