Bella and Taylor

These two girls both got selected to the Homecoming Court this year at their school! Bella was selected as Kindergarten Attendant and Taylor was selected Miss Basketball! They were both really excited and looked very beautiful! My mom and I took the girls shopping for new dresses, shoes, and accessories and tried to make it special for them both.

Brayden and Bella did a great job! At one point, Bella dropped Brayden's arm, and he picked her arm back up and put it back on his. It was sweet and funny.

I can't wait to see the pictures the photographer made! My little girl looked beautiful!

I'm so proud of this girl! Taylor looked absolutely gorgeous last night. She was literally shining from the inside out. This was her first year playing basketball and I can't believe how good she has gotten in such a short amount of time. She really deserved to be Miss Basketball.

Taylor was escorted by Todd. He is also a great little basketball player too.

When the festivities were over it was time to get down to business! Time to play some basketball.

Congratulations, Taylor!!!! I'm so very proud of you little cousin!!!

Amazin' Acres

Bella's class went to Amazin' Acres on Friday. The field trip was originally planned for Thursday, but was rescheduled to Friday, because of bad weather. I'm so, so thankful it was rescheduled because I had a Physics test Thursday and there is always a group question..Phew! So glad I had my group with this particular test!
The girls had a lot of fun and I think each one has been each year since birth. The only pictures I got were from my phone but I LOVE the sky in this picture!

Bella just wanted me to take a picture of the leaf she had found and Makayla looks SO big!

I let the girls climb up these tires because I needed a break. It was about the half way mark between where they were playing and my van. I'm not sure why, but the parents had to park a million miles away...and I had carried Makayla all day. So I carried Makayla and all three kid's pumpkins a million miles back to the car. No joke it really felt like a million miles!

We took a hay ride. Bella's teacher assigned this little girl to our group and she was so sweet!

Who knew corn could be so much fun? This is a big hit with my kids every year.

We were in the corn when Bella's teacher decided to do a class picture so I hurried and got them out and got their shoes back on.

Makayla rode the cow train this year!

I let Bella come home with me since the kids weren't going to be doing any school work the rest of the day. It was a great day with my girls and I'm very thankful for the time I get to spend with them.
