YAY for the weekend and a little break from working out so hard. I'm going to walk for an hour on Saturday and Sunday but give my poor muscles a break! Today has thrown me off a little but I think I did well..mostly..ha! For my goals:
I drank all my water..it was a struggle today because I didn't start drinking my extra water until after 3:00p.m.
I took my Life Long Vitality pack once today. I hadn't planned on going anywhere after Boot Camp this morning but Makayla and Hannah and I ended up going to a friends house and stayed there until time to pick up Bella from school. This meant I took my first LLV way late. I can say that it gave me a HUGE energy boost that I needed.
I drank a Smoothie but it wasn't green..I had a PB2 smoothie and it was delicious:)
No salad today:( My eating habits were off today.
Exercise..I did boot camp this morning and then went back tonight and did an hour on the elliptical. I have had such a good week I didn't want to ruin it today!
I'm looking forward to spending time with the girls tomorrow and then Pierre and I are going to Calvary Chapel on Sunday. I'm not sure which Calvary Chapel we are going to but I'm looking forward to hearing Pastor Brian. I hope everyone sticks with it this weekend. Don't forget you can out work your diet!!!
