What a beautiful day! I hope that everyone got to be outside today and soak up some sun. My day started at 5:00 this morning (Thanks Makayla) and I usually would have been extremely tired all day after being up multiple times last night, but I actually felt pretty good, once I actually got my eyelids to completely open. I took Bella to dance class and then we went grocery shopping. I loaded up on fresh fruits and vegetables! I did great on my goals today!
I drank over 64 oz of water today. I also drank some unsweet tea. It surprised me that I liked it with no sugar.
I took my Life Long Vitality pack twice. I took one this morning before I left and then took the other with me and had them after lunch.
I walked one hour while Bella was in dance today.
I had a Green Smoothie this morning before leaving home.
And I had two salads today..one for lunch and one for supper! The salad at supper was soo good because I had gotten thi_s dressing today. I'm looking forward to trying new salads with it.
I think today was successful for me because I planned. I knew I would be out of the house so I packed my vitamins, took extra water, had a smoothie before I left home, and knew ahead of time what I would eat when I went out. I also had a nice reward...I tried on a pair of SHORTS today! Shorts!!!! I haven't worn shorts in public since I had Hannah! And the pair I tried on were a little big. So exciting!!!

So, this weekend I shot about a 80%. And for me, that's not symbolic of failure. For me, I set my mind to do something, and I did it!! I took my vitamins every day, I complimented my husband most days, I drank my water every day, I cleaned my kitchen most days. I only exercised twice. For me, this commitment is going to have to come at 5 a.m.; no excuses. One thing I learned this week is that life happens--not like we expect it to. I did not expect to spend two days in the hospital with my grandfather. If I had gotten up those two mornings, however, I would have still been able to incorporate my exercise routine.

This week, I am modifying my goals. That's the beauty of this process for me. Recognizing where my life has deficits and taking care of those needs. After completing this week, I can see that my nutrition is lacking, so I am making some modifications. Here are the goals that I hope to stick with for the next two weeks. I will not give up, but keep working hard!! I deserve this!!!

#1- Life Long Vitality Pack supplements and FCLO twice daily.
#2- Citrus oil in my water
#3- Green smoothie for breakfast with slim and sassy powder.
#4- Salad for lunch (I have combated the enemy by purchasing all the ingredients for this yesterday when I went grocery shopping.)
#5- Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes-- 5 a.m.!!!!!!!
