Since this is a place where I document everything I want to remember, I want to document my weight loss. I would like to look back here when I am at my goal weight and see the journey that I have taken so that I won't have to repeat it...ever! In February I joined Weight Watchers and was successful at losing 25 pounds over the course of around 5 months. I feel like I'm in a rut now.So my plan is to use the MyFitnessPal app on my phone and Spark People to lose the remaining 100 pounds I need to lose. For me weight loss isn't just something to make me look better in my clothes. I need to lose this weight to be healthy. I want to be there for my girls and not have weight related health issues in my near future. This is also the last year of my 20's and I would love to look great for my 30th Birthday. :
Every Monday morning I am going to weigh in and keep a tally of pounds lost. I will also share any tips or recipes that have worked for me the past week. I hope that if any family or friends are needing to lose some weight that they will join me. I want to make the second half of 2012 the year to finally get the weight off. - Drink at least 60 ounces of water
- Eat 1500 calories daily (I'm breastfeeding so I can't go lower than that)
- Try at least one new healthy recipe.
- Work out 3x this week
