Every Monday morning I am going to weigh in and keep a tally of pounds lost. I will also share any tips or recipes that have worked for me the past week. I hope that if any family or friends are needing to lose some weight that they will join me. I want to make the second half of 2012 the year to finally get the weight off. Here are my goals for the next week:
- Drink at least 60 ounces of water
- Eat 1500 calories daily (I'm breastfeeding so I can't go lower than that)
- Try at least one new healthy recipe.
- Work out 3x this week
