Jammin' in My Jammies

I'm so excited for my girls that our public library has such a great Children's Summer Reading Program.  It's something they look forward to each week. The theme this year is Dream Big READ! I love that!! I loved reading as a child(and still do) and hope to foster that same desire in them.  My girls loved to be read to and right now Bella asks that I read Bill Grogan's Goat over and over. It's a cute little story and I get to  practice counting, colors, and memorization with Bella and Hannah.  Last Thursday's program was Jammin' in My Jammies with Kevin Kidd. He and his two daughters sang,danced,  played instruments, clogged and really involved the children there, all in their jammies! I think the funnest part for my girls was getting to wear their jammies out during the day and they sure were cute.  There are six more weeks of programs and we are looking forward to each one.
