I didn't get this up on Monday, as I had hoped, but I did weigh and I have lost two pounds!! I mostly stuck with my goals. This weekend I'm pretty sure I went over the calorie limit I had set for myself.I'm excited but honestly I worked hard for it. I jogged several miles this past week and used the elliptical machine at the gym. I haven't ran/jogged in forever and it feels good to be able to do it again.
This quote ran through my head many time as I was exercising this week. I think that it really motivated me to keep going and not even think about how my body was feeling. I can't wait to experience running again without all of the excess weight.

- Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday this week
- Stay within my 1500 calorie limit
- Drink my water!
- Lose 2 pounds this week
